1. What is AdTranquility?
At AdTranquility, our top priority is safeguarding our customers' online security and tranquility.
Depending on your purchase, your subscription gives you access to AdTranquility's mobile app. (available for Android mobile devices) and/or to the AdTranquility browser extension (available for Chrome and Edge browsers).
Once our app./extension is activated on your device/browser, you are protected from spam push/pop notifications 24/7, and our VPN safeguards your online privacy.
Our product offers three key features:
- Spam Shield, a powerful spam blocker for push/pop/ad notifications;
- Privacy Shield, a robust VPN solution, designed to secure your connection and protect your online identity from malicious 3rd parties;
- Adblocker, a powerful ads and video ads blocker for a noise-free online streaming and browsing experience.
However, it's important to note that the availability of AdTranquility's features is contingent upon the product you're using (mobile app./browser extension), the operating system on your device/computer (Android, Windows, MacOS), and your preferred browser (Chrome or Edge). Consequently, some features may not yet be fully supported on your specific device, operating system, or browser.

2. Have I subscribed to or been charged for an AdTranquility subscription?
If you're reading this article, chances are you have an active AdTranquility subscription.
AdTranquility products are available across multiple platforms including the Google Play Store, Huawei Store, Chrome Web Store, and Microsoft Store, and may also be offered through third-party offers.
Depending on where and how you subscribed, your plan grants access to either the AdTranquility mobile app (available for Android mobile devices) and/or the AdTranquility browser extension (available for Chrome and Edge browsers).
When you subscribed, you selected a billing plan—Weekly or Monthly. If you started with our 7-day free trial, your selected subscription plan is automatically activated at the end of the trial, and your payment method will be charged accordingly unless you cancel beforehand.

If you'd like to cancel, you can do so at any time. After cancellation, you won’t be charged again.
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Cancel and request a refund within 30 days of your original subscription payment to receive a full refund. This applies only to your first payment, not renewals. Once your cancellation and refund request is processed (normally within 24hrs), your access to the app will be revoked.

After 30 days:
You can still cancel at any time, but if your original subscription payment was made more than 30 days ago you are not eligible for a refund. After cancellation, you will retain access to the app until the end of your current billing cycle.

Discounted Subscriptions:
Plans purchased through retention or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds, even within the 30-day window. After cancellation, you will retain access to the app until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Is my AdTranquility subscription active?
Here's how to check your AdTranquility subscription status:
A. If you have the AdTranquility app. installed on your mobile device:

Open the AdTranquility app. on your device and tap the Settings icon
in the bottom menu, to be redirected to the Settings screen.
2. On the Settings screen, you'll be able to:

- Verify the customer mail associated with your AdTranquility account/subscription;
- See your active subscription/trial offer;
- Check the renewal date and all details related to your subscription(s) by tapping on See subscription details;
- Update subscription billing frequency;
- Manage your current Payment method.
B. If you have the AdTranquility extension installed on your desktop browser:
- If you can’t locate the AdTranquility extension, here’s how to find it:

Click on the Extensions icon

on your Chrome/Edge bar and locate our extension on the list.

Select the pin
or the show/hide icon
, depending on your browser, and click on the icon to save the AdTranquility extension in your browser bar for easier access.
- If you followed the steps above but still haven’t located the AdTranquility extension it’s likely not installed on your device. Please refer to section C below for guidance on how to proceed.

Click on the Extensions icon
2. Once you’ve located/installed the AdTranquility extension, click on it to open and access the main
screen.
3. On the extension's main screen, you'll be able to:

- See the status (Enabled/Disabled) of each available feature;
- Manage the settings of each available feature.
4. If only Disabled status is displayed on your extension features, it means your
subscription is not active.
5. If you need additional details regarding your subscription status, renewal date/billing frequency
and/or current payment methods, please refer to section 4. I need assistance from Support.
C. If you don't have the AdTranquility mobile app./browser extension installed:
If you haven't yet installed the AdTranquility app./extension and want to confirm the status of your AdTranquility subscription, you can either refer to our help article Download, install and activate AdTranquility’s app./extension and follow the step-by-step instructions provided or contact our Support Team through the channels indicated on section 4.
