1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to AdTranquility's products and refund eligibility will vary depending on when you cancel.
A. Cancelling during the Free Trial
- If you cancel your subscription within the 7-day free trial, no refund is applicable, as no charge has been made to your payment method.
- Cancellation is handled immediately upon request, with no charges incurred to your card.
- Your access to AdTranquility’s products will be revoked.
B. Paid Subscription Cancellation
This section applies to any customer cancelling a paid subscription, regardless of billing frequency, including customers who were not eligible for the 7-day free trial. To learn about free trial eligibility, refer to this article.
When canceling your subscription, a refund can be applied, as per our Refund Eligibility policy.
If you are NOT eligible for a refund:
- Your subscription will be canceled at the end of your billing cycle.
- No further charges will be incurred to your card, after the date of cancellation.
- You’ll retain access to AdTranquility’s products until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you ARE eligible for a refund:
- Your cancellation and refund processing will be immediately started.
- No further charges will be applied to your payment method after the date of cancellation.
- Your access to AdTranquility’s products will be revoked once the refund is initiated (normally within 24 hours).
IMPORTANT: If you have a cancellation and refund request in progress, accepting a retention offer will stop your cancellation and refund request, and switch your subscription to the new offer plan, ensuring uninterrupted access to AdTranquility protection.
C. How to Cancel your Subscription?
Cancellation can be done via:
- Google Play account, if the subscription was purchased through Google Play Store;
- 2Checkout (Verifone) MyAccount dashboard, if the subscription was purchased through 2Checkout;
- AdTranquility application, which allows subscription management at any time;
- AdTranquility Support at support@adtranquility.com

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only upon explicit request and apply only to the most recent charge (whether that’s your initial subscription payment or a renewal).
If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, no refund is applicable, since no charge is ever made to your payment method during the trial period.
In all other cancellation cases, a refund will be processed only if requested within the applicable Refund Eligibility window, as detailed below.
A. Subscriptions purchased via Google Play Store
i. EEA*, UK and New York state customers
If you made your purchase in an EEA country, in the United Kingdom or in New York state (United States), you are eligible for a refund if you request it:
- Within 14 days of your initial subscription creation date, or
- Within 48 hours of a renewal payment (applicable to all billing frequencies).
*EEA countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.
Once your refund request is processed (normally within 24hours), your access to AdTranquility’s products will be revoked.
ii. US and all other countries (non-EEA / non-UK)
If you made your purchase in the United States or in any other country, you are eligible for a refund if you request it:
- Within 48 hours of the charge, whether it is your initial subscription creation date or a renewal payment (applicable to all billing frequencies).
Once your refund request is processed (normally within 24hours), your access to AdTranquility’s products will be revoked.
B. Subscriptions purchased via 2Checkout (Verifone)
If you made your purchase via 2Checkout (Verifone), you are eligible for a refund if you request it:
- Within 14 days of your initial 1st payment, or
- Within 48 hours of a renewal payment (applicable to all billing frequencies).
Once your refund request is processed (normally within 24hours), your access to AdTranquility’s products will be revoked.
C. Plans not eligible for Refund
Subscriptions purchased at a discounted or promotional rate (including: retention offers accepted after cancellation or during a free trial) are not eligible for refunds, as stated at the time of purchase.
This also applies to subscriptions where a user, while on a free trial, accepts an offer to change their billing frequency (for example, from weekly to monthly or to a longer-term plan) in order to benefit from discounted pricing or additional savings.
When cancelling a discounted or promotional rate subscription, you’ll retain access to AdTranquility’s products until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Refund processing times
If you have requested a refund within the Refund Eligibility window and are eligible, your access to AdTranquility’s products will be revoked, once your refund is processed (normally within 24 hours).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
