1. Understanding our Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime, during or after your free trial.
Cancellations take effect immediately, and no further charges will be applied to your payment method after the date of cancellation.
Refunds are not automatically granted upon subscription cancellation.
Refunds are available only upon explicit request and will be processed only if requested within the applicable Refund Eligibility window.
If no refund is issued:
- You’ll retain access to AdTranquility’s products until the end of your current billing cycle. This applies to all subscription plans and billing frequencies.
If a refund is issued:
- Access to AdTranquility products will be revoked once the refund is initiated (normally within 24 hours).

2. How to cancel your subscription
A. Via Google Play Store
If you purchased your AdTranquility subscription through the Google Play Store, you'll need to cancel it directly through your Google Play account.
Here's how:
- Open Google Play Store from your Android mobile device, and ensure you're signed in with the same Google account used to purchase the subscription.
- Tap your profile icon, then select Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Locate AdTranquility in the list and tap it.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation.
If you encounter any issues, please contact our Support team at support@adtranquility.com for further assistance.
Once canceled:
- Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be applied to your payment method after the date of cancellation.
- You’ll retain access to AdTranquility products until the end of your current billing cycle (unless a refund is issued or you accept our retention offer). For more details, see section 4.
B. Via 2Checkout (Verifone)
If your subscription was purchased through 2Checkout (Verifone), you can disable auto-renewal payments at any time through your myAccount dashboard.
By disabling auto-renewal, no further charges will be applied to your payment method.
IMPORTANT: Disabling auto-renewal is not the same as cancelling your subscription.
To proceed with cancellation, you should also contact our Support team at support@adtranquility.com requesting subscription cancellation.
Repeated failed payments will ultimately result in subscription cancellation and your access to AdTranquility's products being revoked. For more details, see section Auto-Renewal.
C. Via AdTranquility's mobile app
AdTranquility’s mobile app allows you to manage your subscription and billing frequency anytime.
To cancel your subscription:
- Open the AdTranquility application on your Android device.
- Tap the Settings icon in the bottom menu to open the Settings screen.
- Under SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT section, tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation.
Once the cancellation request is initiated:
- Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be applied to your payment method after the date of cancellation.
- You’ll retain access to AdTranquility products until the end of your current billing cycle (unless a refund is issued or you accept our retention offer). For more details, see section 4.
D. Via AdTranquility's support email
Alternatively, you can also contact us at support@adtranquility.com and request assistance with your subscription cancellation.
3. How to request a refund
Refunds are available only upon explicit request and will be processed only if requested within the applicable Refund Eligibility window.
Refunds apply only to the most recent charge (initial subscription payment or renewal).

To request a refund:
- Contact our Support team at support@adtranquility.com and clearly state that you would like to request a refund.
- When submitting your request, include the email address associated with your AdTranquility subscription purchase. This allows our team to verify and locate your subscription.
- The email address you'll need to provide is the same one you use to log in to your AdTranquility mobile application and/or desktop extension. If you’re unsure which email was used, please refer to our article: How can I find the email address I used to purchase my AdTranquility subscription?
4. What happens after a refund is requested

Once you've followed the steps detailed in section 3, here's what you can expect:
A. If you are not eligible for a refund
If you are not eligible for a refund, or if your request was submitted outside of the Refund Eligibility window, no refund will be issued.
You’ll retain access to AdTranquility products until the end of your current billing cycle. This applies to all subscription plans and billing frequencies.
B. If you are eligible for a refund
If you are eligible for a refund, your access to AdTranquility products will be revoked once the refund is processed (normally within 24 hours).

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Please note: This timeline is determined by your bank or payment provider’s policies, which are outside of our control.
C. If you accept a retention offer
If you choose to accept a Discount retention offer (a special discounted monthly subscription plan, typically offered to loyal customers), the refund and cancellation processes will be stopped immediately.
Your subscription will switch to the new plan right away, ensuring that your access to AdTranquility mobile application and/or desktop extension remains uninterrupted.
Important: Subscriptions purchased at a discounted or promotional rate (including retention offers accepted after cancellation and/or refund or during a free trial) are not eligible for refunds, as detailed in the Refund Eligibility section of our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
