This article offers guidance on how to locate/identify the email address associated with your AdTranquility subscription.

1. I have AdTranquility's application installed on my mobile device:

Open the AdTranquility application on your device and tap the Settings icon
in the bottom menu.
2. Copy the customer email displayed at the top of the screen in the Account Information section.
2. I have AdTranquility's extension installed on my Chrome desktop browser:
- If you can’t locate AdTranquility extension, here’s how to find it:

- Click on the Extensions icon
on your Chrome bar and locate our extension on the list.
- Select the pin
and click it, to save the AdTranquility extension in your browser bar for easier access.
- Click on the Extensions icon
2. Next, click on the AdTranquility extension to open it and access the main screen.
3. Click on ⚙️ (Settings cogwheel icon) found at the top left corner of the extension’s settings screen.
4. Locate the customer email associated with your AdTranquility subscription and account inside the blue rectangle.
3. I don’t have AdTranquility's application/extension installed:
If you can't recall the email address you used to purchase your AdTranquility subscription, here's how to locate it:
- Search your email inbox for an invoice related to your AdTranquility subscription, or use the search bar in your inbox and search for: AdTranquility.
- If you find email(s) about your subscription in your inbox, then this is the email address you used to subscribe, and the one you'll need to log in and/or activate your mobile application/desktop browser extension.

If you don’t see our email(s) in your Inbox, they may have been filtered into your Spam folder. Sometimes emails are filtered there by mistake.
If that’s the case, here’s how to locate them:
- Open your email inbox and type AdTranquility in the search bar.
- If you get no results, select the All mail filter below the search bar to expand your search.
- Once you locate the email, open it and tap the button Report not spam. This ensures that future emails from AdTranquility will go directly to your inbox.

PLEASE NOTE
If you have multiple subscriptions and have used different emails to purchase each of them, you may need to search your other email inboxes as well, to identify all the emails associated with your other subscriptions.
