This article offers guidance on how to locate/identify the email address associated with your AdTranquility subscription.
Please use the menu below to be redirected to the information you're looking for:
1. I have the AdTranquility app. installed on my mobile device.
2. I have the AdTranquility extension installed on my Chrome/Edge desktop browser.
3. I don’t have the AdTranquility app./extension installed.
4. I need assistance from Support.
1. I have the AdTranquility app. installed on my mobile device:
- Open the AdTranquility app. on your device and tap on ⚙️ (Settings cogwheel icon) found at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Scroll down to the Account Management section and you'll find there the email address associated with your AdTranquility subscription and account.
2. I have the AdTranquility extension installed on my desktop browser:
- If you can’t locate AdTranquility extension, here’s how to find it:

- Click on the Extensions icon / on your Chrome/Edge bar and locate our app on the list.
- Select the pin or the show/hide icon , depending on your browser, and click on the icon to save the AdTranquility extension in your browser bar for easier access.
2. Next, click on the AdTranquility extension to open it and access the main screen.
3. Click on ⚙️ (Settings cogwheel icon) found at the top left corner of the extension’s settings screen.
4. Locate the email address associated with your AdTranquility subscription and account inside the blue rectangle.
3. I don’t have the AdTranquility app./extension installed:
If you can't recall the email address you used to purchase your AdTranquility subscription, here's how to locate it:
- Use the Search bar inside your active email inbox(es) and search for:

- Sender: billing@adtranquility.com
- Email subject: Thank you for purchasing AdTranquility!
2. If your search returns results, that is the email address you used to purchase your AdTranquility subscription, and the one you'll need to login and/or activate your AdTranquility mobile app./desktop browser extension.
PLEASE NOTE
If you have multiple subscriptions and have used different emails to purchase each of them, you may need to research your other email inbox(es) as well, to identify all the emails associated with your different subscriptions. Please follow the steps indicated in section 3 above to locate the email(s) associated with your subscription(s).
4. I need assistance from Support.
