1. What is Blocked spam and which notifications are being blocked?
Blocked spam is a comprehensive record list comprising all notifications being blocked by Spam Shield on your mobile device, and it's only available on the AdTranquility mobile app.
By default, all push/pop spam browser notifications are being blocked.
However, you can decide to allow notifications from websites you trust. To do so, you'll need to:
1. Open the AdTranquility mobile app.
2. On the home screen, tap Spam Shield to open its settings. Then, tap on the Whitelist feature.
3. Once the Whitelist screen opens, tap the Add website button to add the websites' URLs you trust and want to get notifications from. Your device will only receive notifications from your whitelisted websites, while all spam notifications will remain blocked.
4. You can also manage your list of whitelisted websites at any time, deleting or adding websites as needed.
