1. Free Trial and Subscription activation
All new users benefit from a 7-day free trial offer with full access to AdTranquility Android app. No charges are made during this period.
When starting your trial, you’ll be asked to select a subscription plan: Weekly or Monthly.
If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day free trial, the subscription plan you selected will be automatically activated, and your payment method will be charged for the corresponding applicable plan price (weekly or monthly) once the trial ends.
2. Auto-Renewal
After the trial, your selected subscription plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly or monthly), unless you decide to cancel.
You can manage/change the billing frequency (weekly/monthly) of your subscription plan at any time through the app.
3. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
If you choose to cancel your AdTranquility subscription after the trial period, you can do so at any time—no questions asked.
Cancellations take effect immediately, and no further charges will be made after the date of your cancellation request.
A. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for your initial subscription payment, subject to the following conditions:
- If you cancel and request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund of your initial subscription payment.
- Your subscription will be canceled immediately, and no further charges will be made after the date of your cancellation request.
- This guarantee applies only to the original payment, regardless of your subscription length, not to any renewals or subsequent charges.
Example: If you're on a weekly plan and cancel within 30 days, only the first weekly charge is refundable, even if additional weekly renewals occurred during that period.
- Once your cancellation and refund request is processed (normally within 24 hours), your access to the app will be revoked.
Note: It may take 3–15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies, which are beyond our control.
B. After the 30-Day Window
If you cancel and request a refund after 30 days of your original purchase date:
- Your subscription will still be canceled immediately, and no further charges will be made after the date of your cancellation request.
- No refund will be issued, as the refund eligibility period (30 days from purchase date) has expired.
- You’ll retain access to the app until the end of your current billing cycle.
C. Refund Exceptions
Subscriptions purchased at a discounted rate (including: retention offers accepted after a cancellation, or any other discounted promotional plans) are not eligible for refunds under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as disclosed at the time of purchase.
Upon cancellation, you’ll retain access to the app until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. How to Cancel and Request a Refund?
If you purchased your AdTranquility subscription through Google Play Store, you must cancel it directly through your Google Play account.
Here’s how:
- Open Google Play Store from your Android device, and be sure you're signed in to the correct Google account.
- Tap Menu (or your profile icon), then go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Find AdTranquility in the list and tap it.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions provided to confirm cancellation.
After canceling your subscription, if you believe you're eligible for a refund (see Section 3 for eligibility criteria), please contact our Support Team at support@adtranquility.com. We’ll guide you through the refund process.
If your subscription wasn’t purchased via Google Play, please contact us at support@adtranquility.com for detailed cancellation instructions.
