This article explains how your AdTranquility subscription works, including free trial eligibility, auto-renewal, billing frequency and subscription management.

1. Free Trial Eligibility and Subscription Activation
A. First-time customers
All first-time customers are eligible for a 7-day free trial with full access to the AdTranquility Android mobile app (and the Chrome desktop extension, if a Bundle offer was purchased).
Here's how the trial works:
- Before starting your trial, you'll need to select your preferred billing frequency.
- No charges are incurred to your card during the 7-day trial period.
- Once the trial ends, your paid subscription activates automatically and your card will be charged according to your selected plan and billing frequency.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime during the trial, at no charge. For cancellation details, please refer to this article.
B. Returning customers
If you already had a previous subscription with AdTranquility, you are not eligible for a free trial.
- Your subscription will activate and be charged immediately upon sign-up, according to your selected plan and billing frequency.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime. For cancellation details, please refer to this article.
All payments and related information are processed securely by our payment providers Google Play or 2Checkout (Verifone).
2. Auto-Renewal
AdTranquility subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, unless canceled. To avoid charges, subscriptions must be canceled maximum 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. For cancellation details, please refer to this article.
All payments and related information are processed securely by our payment gateways Google Play or 2Checkout (Verifone).
If a payment renewal fails, the gateway will notify you accordingly via email, and will automatically retry capturing the payment.
If your payment continues to fail, your subscription will be canceled once the grace period is over, and your access to AdTranquility products will be revoked.
3. Billing Frequency
To purchase an AdTranquility subscription, you are required to select a billing frequency: Weekly or Monthly.
Once your paid subscription is effective, it will renew automatically according to your selected billing cycle, unless a new billing cycle is selected, or the subscription is canceled.
You can change your billing frequency at any time in AdTranquility’s mobile app. To do so, go to Settings screen, tap Update subscription and select your preferred billing frequency.

4. Subscription Management
You can manage your AdTranquility subscription directly using:
A. AdTranquility mobile app
- Open AdTranquility’s mobile app and tap on Settings;

On Settings screen, you can:
- Check subscription status and next renewal date;
- Update payment method;

Change billing frequency.
B. Your Google Play account
If your subscription was purchased via Google Play Store, you can manage it directly from your Google Play account:
- Open Google Play Subscriptions page and log in with the same email used to purchase your AdTranquility subscription;
- Locate AdTranquility in the subscriptions list and tap it;

From here, you can:
- Manage your subscription;
- Update payment method;
- View payment history.
C. Your 2Checkout myAccount dashboard
If your subscription was purchased via 2Checkout (Verifone), you can manage it directly from your myAccount dashboard:
- Open 2Checkout myAccount, enter your customer email (the same email you used to purchase your AdTranquility subscription) and click ‘Send access link’;
- Go to your email inbox and locate the email sent from 2Checkout;
- Open the email and click the access link to be redirected directly to your myAccount dashboard;

From your dashboard’s top menu header, select:
- My Products, to manage your subscription and view payment history;
- Payment methods, to update your payment method.
