Using the AdTranquility extension/add-on is very much a set-and-forget experience. You certainly have more important things in life, and after all it is our job to protect you. Once installed, it is set to block all notifications from all sites by default and will protect you 24/7 as long as you have an active subscription and don’t turn it off.

Instructions to Download and Install AdTranquility
For Chrome browsers:
- Download the extension from the Chrome WebStore, click Add to Chrome, then click Add extension to proceed installing AdTranquility to your Chrome.
- Pin the AdTranquility extension to your Chrome Bar to easily locate it. Just click on the extension icon
to locate our app, AdTranquility. Then click the pin
to the right of AdTranquility to save it in your browser bar.
- Activate your Spam and Privacy Shield and set your Spam/Ads protection preferences. If you want to change the app's default settings, click on the AdTranquility icon
in your browser bar and select your preferences for spam/ads handling.

To verify that the extension is active, click on the AdTranquility extension and confirm that one or more of the following are toggled=ON:
- Block Notifications for Spam Shield
- Enable VPN for Privacy Shield/VPN
- Block ads for AdBlocker
For Edge browsers:
- Download the Edge Add-on from Microsoft Edge, click Get, then click Add extension to install the AdTranquility Spam Protection to your Edge browser.
- Pin the AdTranquility extension to your Edge Bar to easily locate it. Just click on the extension icon
to locate our app, AdTranquility Spam Protection. Then click the
to the right of AdTranquility to save
it in your browser bar.
- Activate your Spam and Privacy Shield and set your Spam/Ads protection preferences by entering your email address that you used for purchasing the AdTranquility subscription. If you want to change the app's default settings, click on the AdTranquility icon

Identify the Email You Used to Subscribe With
To know which email is associated with your AdTranquility subscription, you need to sign into your browser with each email you use/have used and check to see if the AdTranquility Extension/Add-on is associated with each of your email accounts. Keep in mind, that you may have more than one email account associated, so it is best to check each.
To determine if your email account is associated with AdTranquility, you can use one of the following methods:
For Chrome browsers:
- Log into each of your Google Chrome accounts and check to see if you have the AdTranquility Spam Protection extension. If you see this listed as an extension, then this is the email associated with your AdTranquility subscription.
- If you have the extension icon
in your browser bar, click that and check to see if you have the AdTranquility Spam Protection extension.
- If you don't have the extension icon
in your browser bar, click the ellipsis (three vertical dots
) in the far-right corner of your browser bar, then click More tools, then Extensions and check to see if you have the AdTranquility Spam Protection extension.
- If you have the extension icon
- Search your email inboxes for the keyword, AdTranquility. The email you used to subscribe to our services with will return results based on this keyword.
For Edge browsers:
- Log into each of your Microsoft Edge accounts and check to see if you have the AdTranquility Spam Protection extension/add-on. If you see this listed as an extension, then this is the email associated with your AdTranquility subscription.
- If you have extensions/add-ons and they are toggled on, you will see the extension icon
in your browser bar that you can click and then select AdTranquility Spam Protection. If you see this, then this is the email associated with your AdTranquility subscription.
- If you don't have the extension icon
in your browser bar, click the ellipsis (three horizontal dots
) in the far-right corner of your browser bar, then click Extensions and check to see if you have the AdTranquility Spam Protection extension.
- If you have extensions/add-ons and they are toggled on, you will see the extension icon
- Search your email inboxes for the keyword, AdTranquility. The email you used to subscribe to our services with will return results based on this keyword.
