1. What are the subscription plans available?
Currently, only the PRO plan is available for new users. If you have an older subscription, you might still be on one of our legacy plans with unique configurations. For more information about the characteristics of older plans, please refer to section 2 and reach out to our Support Team.
When subscribed to AdTranquility's PRO plan, you'll be charged according to your chosen billing frequency: Weekly or Monthly (on some legacy plans you may have the option to be billed Yearly). If you subscribed to our free trial offer, you will be automatically charged, according to your selected billing frequency once the trial period ends.

Depending on your purchase, your subscription gives you access to the AdTranquility mobile app. (available for Android mobile devices) and/or the AdTranquility desktop browser extension (available for Chrome and Edge browsers). If you need further assistance with the installation and/or activation of your AdTranquility's mobile app./desktop browser extension, please refer to our help article Download, install and activate AdTranquility’s app./extension.
Once your app./extension is activated, your full protection is enabled. AdTranquility provides you with a secure and noise-free online experience, protecting your online privacy and shielding you from spam push/pop notifications and malicious ads.
PLEASE NOTE
The availability of AdTranquility's features (Spam Shield, Privacy Shield VPN, and Adblocker) is contingent upon the product you're using (mobile app./browser extension), the operating system on your device/computer (Android, Windows, MacOS), and your preferred browser (Chrome or Edge). Consequently, some features may not yet be fully supported on your specific device, operating system, or browser. For more information on feature availability, please refer to section 2 and reach out to our Support Team.
