1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your AdTranquility subscription at any time and get a full refund for all charges incurred in the past 30 days, no questions asked. For a comprehensive understanding of our cancellation and refund policy, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
PLEASE NOTE
If you decide to disregard the array of automated refund solutions we created for our customers and decide to charge back a transaction via your issuing bank, without any prior attempt to contact us, please understand it is our policy to prohibit you from further accessing our website and purchasing our services. Please consult 2. Cancel and refund your subscription and use our self-refund tools to cancel and refund your subscription or request assistance from our Support team in doing so.
2. Cancel and refund your subscription
To cancel and refund your subscription, you'll need to know your customer email (the email address used to purchase your AdTranquility subscription). This is the same email used to access/login to your AdTranquility app./extension. If you:
- Know your customer email, please refer to section A. I know my customer email, to instantly cancel/refund your subscription.
- Don't know your customer email, please refer to section B. I don't know my customer email, and follow the steps provided to locate your correct customer email.
- If you need assistance in locating your subscription, please check section C. I need assistance to cancel/refund my subscription.
A. I know my customer email
If you know the email address used to register/login to AdTranquility app./extension, please use any of our self-refund tools for customers listed below and your request will be completed within minutes from submitting it:
1. Cancellation and Refund Form
- Access the Cancellation and Refund Form available on our Cancel and Refund page and enter the email address you purchased your subscription with (same email used to log in to your AdTranquility app./extension).
- Click/Tap the Cancel and Refund button below the email field, to complete your request.
2. Chatbot

- AdTranquility Chatbot will pop-up on the right side of your screen as soon as you access our Cancel and Refund page.
- Select Refund/Cancel My Subscription from the chatbot menu.
- Once prompted, enter the email used to purchase your AdTranquility subscription in the chat window and click/tap Cancel and Refund to complete your request.
PLEASE NOTE: Regardless of the method chosen (Refund Form/Chatbot):
- If the email provided is correct, the cancellation and refund request is automatically processed and you will receive an on-screen notification, confirming the request was successfully processed.
- After receiving this confirmation, expect your refund within 3-15 business days.
- Please note that while we process refunds immediately, the exact timeline required for it to be credited back to your account may vary due to your bank's policies, which are beyond our control.
- If the email address is incorrect, you'll be prompted to Check your spelling or correct the email, as our system couldn't locate a subscription for the email provided, and your cancellation and refund request failed. In case that happens, please refer to section B. I don't know my customer email or C. I need assistance to cancel/refund my subscription.
B. I don't know my customer email
If you can't recall the email you used for your AdTranquility subscription, here's how to locate it before requesting the Cancellation and Refund of your subscription:
1. If you have the AdTranquility app. installed on your mobile device:

Open the AdTranquility app. on your device and tap the Settings icon
in the bottom menu.
- Copy the customer email displayed at the top of the Settings screen.
- Follow the steps provided in section A. I know my customer email and use one of our self-refund tools described in section 1. Cancellation and Refund Form or 2. Chatbot to complete your Cancellation and Refund request.
2. If you have the AdTranquility extension installed on your desktop browser:
- Open the AdTranquility extension on your browser and click on ⚙️ (Settings cogwheel icon) found at the top left corner of the extension screen.
- Copy the customer email you see displayed inside the blue rectangle.
- Follow the steps provided in section A. I know my customer email and use one of our self-refund tools described in section 1. Cancellation and Refund Form or 2. Chatbot to complete your Cancellation and Refund request.
3. If you don’t have our mobile app./browser extension installed:
- Search your email inbox for an invoice related to your AdTranquility subscription, or use the search bar in your inbox and search for: AdTranquility.
- If you find email(s) about your subscription in your inbox, then this is the email address you used to subscribe. Please use it to proceed with your Cancellation and Refund request, following the steps provided in section A. I know my customer email.
PLEASE NOTE
If you have multiple subscriptions and have used different emails to purchase each of them, you may need to search your other email inboxes as well, to identify all the emails associated with your other subscriptions.
C. I need assistance to cancel/refund my subscription
