Immediately Cancel and Refund Via the Cancel & Refund Form
You can process the request directly, by using the AdTranquility
Cancel & Refund form. Upon submission, your subscription will immediately be cancelled and your refund, if applicable, will be processed for any charges incurred for the past 60 days.
Once entered, you will get a confirmation message stating your refund/cancellation status.
Most refunds are back in your account within 3-15 business days, depending on your issuing banks policy. We process the refund here immediately, but it takes the banks some time to process everything on their end. We provide the maximum time it may take as there are some banks that take longer than others.
NOTE: If the email you provided is not associated with an active subscription (this includes subscriptions that have already been cancelled), our Refund Form will return an error message.
Immediately Cancel and Refund Via the Refund BOT
To cancel and refund your order using our bot:
- Click the chat icon on the bottom left side of your screen and select the first option, Refund/Cancel my sub.

- You'll be prompted to provide the email address associated with your subscription. Once entered, you will get a confirmation message stating your refund/cancellation status. If you are unsure what email address you may have used, you can locate it by following the instructions here.

Identify the Email You Used to Subscribe With
You can locate the email you used to subscribe with by using one of the following methods:
- Click the Cogwheel within your AdTranquility app and go to your Settings (this is a sample image and does not depict your actual account or subscriptions).
- Search your email inboxes for the keyword, AdTranquility. The email you used to subscribe to our services with will return results based on this keyword.
